I was invited to join an expert group to review grant proposals and make award decisions supporting new cybersecurity programs sponsored by the U.S. State Department. In addition, I brought valuable insights from my experience advising and training 30 Fulbright scholars from Central and Eastern Europe universities on best practices for launching and leading cybersecurity programs.
