I was invited to serve on an expert review panel for the U.S. State Department’s Fulbright Program, evaluating grant proposals and advising on funding decisions for innovative cybersecurity programs. I also provided strategic insights to 30 Fulbright scholars across Central and Eastern Europe, on launching and leading high-impact cybersecurity programs in academic and institutional settings.
